Medium hard, open pored sponge, 143mm in Diameter.
Very even cells for the machine polishing of paintwork with orbital polishers with a 125mm backing plate.
High stability and temperature resistance due to the good ventilation and special cooling at the centre.
The high absorption capacity of the sponge prevents polish splashes. Faster pad change due to the Velcro fastening. .
Ideal for the processing of SONAX PROFILINE EX 04-06
Application
Set the sponge well centred on the polishing machine backing plate.
During the processing blow out regularly with compressed air. This in between cleaning cools additionally, improves the polishing result and increases the sponges’ service life.
For cleaning at the work’s conclusion spray generously with SONAX PROFILINE PREPARE (0237…). Wash out afterwards with warm water and SONAX MULTISTAR (0627…) and allow to dry.
